This is just a quick item on how to add your swimmer to your chat group profile. By adding your swimmer to your profile we can record their attendance at training should contract tracing be required.

At this stage hopefully you will all be able to access the relevant chat groups. Basically there is a chat group for each training session. We need you all to your swimmers name to that session chat group. To be clear, your swimmer will not be able to access the group, we simply need their names associated with your profile for it all to work.

To add your swimmers name simply go to the relevant chat session, say "Monday 6.15am (pods 1,2,3)" and click at the very top where the group name is displayed alongside the CW logo, in "Your Status" select PARENT and then add your child/swimmers name for that session.

If you have two or more CW swimmers, be sure to only add the name of the relevant swimmer to the session they attend.
