At this stage I hope you are all starting to settle in to our new home on ClubZap.

As you will have seen there is a Chat Group setup for each training session. Each day or within 24 hrs of the training session, I will post an event invitation in the relevant Chat Group. Swim Ireland require that the Health Declaration Form be filled for each swimmer no earlier than 24 hrs before the session so the invitation will only appear the night before a morning session or on the day of an afternoon or evening session.

On the event message you will be able to indicate if your swimmer is going to attend or not (and this can be changed by you if your circumstances change). On the event message you can also access and fill in the Health Declaration for that session by clicking on the “Complete now” link. Below is a screen shot of what you should see:

To make things easier for people the form is pre filled with the answers you listed the last time you filled in the form. All you need to do is add your swimmers name and scroll down to the bottom to click “Submit Form”. In the event that your swimmers medical condition has changed since the last session they attended, please contact me directly via Private Message in the APP (simply click on my name to text me) of phone me 086 8129105.
