As mentioned Liam is planning doing one on one Zoom calls with the swimmers in Pods 1,2,3 during lockdown. The idea is to review progress so far, goals for the season, maintaining fitness during the pool closures etc. He is available from 6pm to 8pm on Monday evenings.

To keep it organised he has asked swimmers to pre book a slot with him.
