Happy St. Patrick's Day,

There will be no training for any squads this Thursday 17th and Friday 18th of March. Both days are bank holidays.

Training will resume on Saturday the 19th of March.

There will be no senior squad training on Saturday 26th and Sunday 27th of March as most of the swimmers will be at the Aspiring Champions Gala.

The junior squads will train as normal on those days and any senior swimmers not attending the gala can join the juniors that weekend if they wish.
