Hi all

The galas are coming thick and fast after the long drought.

We had some great swims in Tralee at the weekend with some really good times and a few medals too.

Well done to everyone who took part and thanks to Stephanie, Margarita and Liz who were team managers for the sessions.

Thanks of course to Liam for being there to coach and encourage the swimmers. I think anyone who drove down for this one realised the amount of driving Liam does every week to get to training in Limerick and Shannon.
