Hi Everyone

A great day spent down at Liam's home town pool in Tralee where all the swimmer's put in some great performances in the pool.

Lovely to see everyone having good fun and all the swimmers from across the different squads supporting each other.

On a very wintry night the bus up and down was a great idea too. The bus was significantly heavier on the way back given the medal haul from the gala.

As always thanks to the coaches Elaine and Liam, Colette and Sinead for coordinating the entries, the team managers, bus organisers and everyone else who assisted with the day.
