Well done to Lauren, Nicole, Cathal, Aino and Ned who swam at the Age Grade Nationals last weekend. We had great performances from our club swimmers. Well done also to Siofra who had qualified for the competition but couldn't swim for family reasons.

Thanks to Liam and Cathy who were on deck for two days each of the competition and to all the parents who helped out.
